Q: General Shipping Information

Sharp Golf Ball Company does everything possible to get your order out by 5pm Central Standard Time on the day the order was placed. When your orders are placed on a non-business day or holiday, your order will be processed the next business day. If for some reason this is not possible (i.e. an unusually high volume of orders placed the same day) your order will go out the next business day. Fill out your shipping address exactly as it should read. Do not forget to include any apartment number, suite number, or building number.  Please be advised that an extra $5 shipping fee will be charged for all orders being delivered to apartments and suites.  We cannot be responsible if you supply an incomplete or incorrect address. It is best to also include a phone number to help the Driver locate you during daytime delivery.

Q: Improper Address

 If you do not provide us the complete proper address or if you request the package to be delivered to another address (other than the one you originally provided us with) and our shipping company charges us, your credit card could be charged up to an additional $10.00.

 For Standard Shipping we utilize one of the following carriers: USPS.

Q: Do you ship to Post Office Boxes?

A:
 We will only ship to Post Office Boxes utilizing USPS. Priority Mail. This may cost more on larger shipments than our regular standard ground rates. If you want express delivery you will need to provide a street address to utilize one of the express delivery services. Please contact us at (219) 996-6605 for more details.
